1.Track Roller Bearing introduction:

 These bearings have been designed for specific use on track type or cam-controlled equipment when cantilever mounting is desired.  They are corrosion protected, grease lubricated and, typically, sealed.Stud type airframe track roller outer rings and needle rollers are made from high carbon chrome steel, AISI 52100.  They are hardened and precision ground.  The O.D. of the outer ring is chromium plated in accordance with the AMS-QQ-C-320, Class 2 specifications to a minimum of .0004”.  Stud type airframe track rollers are available with cylindrical or crowned outer rings. Exposed surfaces may be cadmium or zinc nickel plated.  For improved corrosion resistance, RBC also supplies bearings made of hardened stainless steel alloy, AISI 440C, or AeroCres®  reduced maintenance, highly corrosion resistant steel.  These bearings are most commonly lubricated 80 to 100% fill in compliance with Mil-PRF-81322, Mil-PRF-23827, and Boeing’s BMS3-33 specifications.The stud type airframe track roller is selectively heat treated to provide a combination of a fracture tough head, ductile shank, and a carburized raceway to provide high load carrying capacity.  External surfaces are plated with cadmium to provide corrosion protection and thread lubricity.  The stud type airframe track roller can be supplied to AISI8620 or RBC’s proprietary AeroCres®  corrosion resistant materia.

2.THK Track Roller bearing Type:

Model CF	This model is a low-price Cam Follow having a driver groove or hexagon socket in the stud head. The all-stainless steel type (symbol M) is optimal for clean room applications since it does not develop rust from external atmosphere and generates little dust.
Model CFT	Basically the same as the popular type Cam Follower, this model is provided with tapped holes for piping on the stud head and the thread. It is optimal for locations where an integrated piping system for greasing is required.
Model CFH	This model can be installed in the same mounting hole as that of the popular type Cam Follower. Since the mounting shaft of the stud and the stud head are eccentric by 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm, the position of this model can easily be adjusted simply by turning the stud. Thus, it is a compact, highly accurate eccentric cam follower with an integral structure.
Model CFN	Based on the popular type Cam Follower, this model is incorporated with thrust load balls. It is capable of receiving an axial load generated by a mounting error.

CF It is a popular type of Cam Follower provided with a driver groove on the head of the stud.A highly corrosion resistant stainless steel type (symbol M) is also available.	CF-A The stud head has a hexagon socket, allowing this model to be easily mounted with a hexagonal wrench.	CF-R Spherical Outer Ring Type Model CF.The outer ring is spherically machined to help reduce biased loads. (Symbol R)
CF-R-A Spherical Outer Ring Type Model CF-A.The outer ring is spherically machined to help reduce biased loads. (Symbol R)	CF-B The stud screw has a hexagon socket, allowing this model to be easily mounted with a hexagonal wrench. (For stud diameter 12 and above)	CF-R-B Spherical Outer Ring Type Model CF-B.
